Return and Refund Policy

At Unotebooktherapy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase with your return request.

How to Initiate a Return To start your return, please contact our support team at paul.jonathan2026@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
