Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to both Canada and the United States.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 1–5 business days.

Please note: While we strive to ensure your package arrives within the estimated timeframe, these are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to high volume, weather conditions, or carrier factors outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For Canadian Customers: All applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

  • For U.S. Customers: Please be aware that customs duties or import fees may be applicable depending on your state’s regulations. Any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at paul.jonathan2026@outlook.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the carrier to resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Unotebooktherapy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to update the address before your order ships.
